HOW TO LOG A RETURN
To log a return or size exchange for an online order, please email returns@famousbarr.co.za with your online order number.
Processing may take up to 7 working days.
EXCHANGE POLICY - FASHION AND FOOTWEAR
- Eligible for exchange for a different size, subject to availability, at the same price as the original purchase.
- If the desired size is available, we’ll arrange collection and deliver the requested size.
- Note: Return shipping is at the customer’s cost when the wrong size was chosen.
- The new item will only be dispatched once the returned item is received.
- If the desired size is not available, we’ll credit your account with the purchase price.
- Exclusions: No exchanges or refunds on perfumes, underwear, or items of a sensitive nature due to hygiene reasons.
CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE
- Product must be undamaged and unused.
- Original labels and stickers must be attached.
- Product must be returned in original, undamaged packaging.
- All seals must be intact (if applicable).
- Product must include all accessories and parts.
WRONG PRODUCT OR DESCRIPTION
If you receive the wrong product, or if it doesn’t match the description (including missing accessories):
- Notify us at info@famousbarr.co.za.
- We’ll arrange collection at no charge.
- You’ll receive the correct product (if available) or a credit/refund.
RETURN WINDOW
Returns are only accepted within 7 days of delivery.
SALE GOODS POLICY
No exchanges or refunds are provided for sale goods.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS & EXCHANGES
- Clothing purchased at full price that is later marked down will follow the sale price at the time of exchange.
- If an exchange is approved, the exchange amount will be based on the sale price, not the original purchase price.
- No refunds will be given for the difference between the original and sale price.
UNAVAILABLE ITEMS
If we are unable to deliver your order due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll contact you directly and assist as best we can.
REFUNDS
- No refunds are available for full-priced items.
Options include:
- Size exchange (subject to availability)
- Coupon for in-store or online use
REFUND PROCESS
- Refunds (if applicable) are processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.
- You’ll receive an email notification confirming approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
- Refunds typically take 3–10 working days, depending on your payment provider.
